Boston Red Sox starter Victor Rose turned in a sterling performance against the Kansas City Royals, leading his team to a slim 1-0 win. Rose went 6.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 2 hits, walked 3, and struck out 8. His record improves to 6-0. Boston now has a record of 25-10 with the win.
