The 21-game hitting streak of Dan Hanggie has come to an end. The Sioux Falls Packers third baseman went 0-for-5 today in his team's 9-8 loss to the Aberdeen Pheasants at Sioux Falls Stadium.

"It's not just Dan who came up short today," Packers manager said in his postgame press conference. "This was a team loss."

So far this year in 54 games Hanggie is hitting .268 with 8 home runs, 34 RBIs and 25 runs scored.
