Week's Top Performer Honored by SL2 Monday, April 6th, 1970 So far in his young career, Dave Anderson has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Conference 2 in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 15-year-old Jackson HS Waves third baseman hit at a torrid .619 clip as he collected 13 hits in 21 at-bats, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 7 runs scored. |
