There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.

Mike Felder is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-6 against the El Paso Chihuahuas at Hebron Estates Grounds today. The monster effort from the 20-year-old second baseman helped the Amarillo Gold Sox take the win, 21-5.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Chihuahuas manager . "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."

Mike Felder singled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

This year Felder is batting .296 with 114 hits and 5 home runs. He has scored 76 times and has batted in 41 runs.
